About the programme
The Abia Leadership Academy is a fully-funded programme that identifies and develops young leaders from across all 17 Local Government Areas. Selected participants undergo structured training in leadership, ethics, civic responsibility, and practical skills — preparing them to serve and transform their communities.
Who can apply
- Indigene or resident of Abia State
- Within the programme's eligible age range
- Valid NIN and ABSSIN
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed school
